Ruth Ferguson Aulthouse, President of RFA Planning Consultant Inc. contributed to the University of Waterloo Planning Class of ’81 Entrance Scholarship Award for Black and Indigenous Students.

Under the guidance of a new initiative at the University and with overwhelming support from the class, it was decided to make this scholarship for black or indigenous students. It is amongst the first three scholarships to support underrepresented students.

Starting next spring and for at least the next five years, the Planning Class of 1981 will support an aspiring planning student at the University of Waterloo School of Urban and Regional Planning.
