On July 1, 2023 RFA Planning Consultant Inc. will celebrate its 30th anniversary since the firm was established by Ruth Ferguson Aulthouse in 1993. We have grown from 2 to 9 employees and plan to expand in the upcoming year. The firm is evolving with Ruth as President divesting ownership of the firm over time to senior staff. Shawn Legere who has been with RFA since 2010, has been appointed Vice President and is assuming more of the day-to day operations. A celebration to mark this occasion will be held in the later this year.
