We are pleased to welcome Dale Egan to RFA Planning Consultant as an Intermediate Planner. Dale is an experienced municipal planner with work experience in Brighton, Prince Edward County and Quinte West. Dale has a degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University, and in Geomatics and Geography from Wilfred Laurier University. Dale is a lifelong resident of the Quinte region, and brings his extensive local knowledge to the team at RFA. At the same time, Spencer Hutchison has retired after 6 years at RFA Planning. Spencer is an active community volunteer and wishes to have more time to help others. We wish Spencer all the best!
