  • Planner for a residential development consisting of 27 townhouse residential unit infill subdivision in the Town of Cobourg. Prepared the Draft Plan of Subdivision, Planning Justification Report and Urban Design Report. Working with the Project Manager, responsible for planning approvals and responding to DRT comments issued by the Town. Addressed concerns related to tree protection, urban form and design, zoning compliance and active transportation.
