Planner for a Habitat for Humanity residential redevelopment infill project consisting of 6 semi-detached residential units in the City of Kingston. Prepared the Planning Justification Report and municipal applications (consent and rezoning). Working with the organization, responsible for planning approvals and responding to City comments. Addressed concerns related to tree protection, urban form and design, zoning compliance and noise impacts. Project also included a community outreach centre.
