Brighton Meadows Subdivision

  • Location: Municipality of Brighton
  • Client: Paul Quick Construction Limited and AMR Investments Inc.
  • Date: 2018 - Present
  • Planner/ designer for Plan of Subdivision consisting of 173 dwelling units consisting of 85 lots for single-detached residential dwellings; 36 semi-detached dwellings and 36 townhouse units and 16 future units in a condominium block. The total development will be on 12.78 hectares.
  • The subject property required an Official Plan Amendment, Rezoning and Plan of Subdivision approval. RFA coordinated the consultant team and worked through the planning approval and peer review process, addressing all comments from relevant agencies.
