- Reviewed report and drawings by consultant team to ensure the Pre-Consultation Checklist & Comments are adequately addressed and to ensure a co-ordinatedapplication
- Low-rise apartment built form and servicing within a rural settlement area, along with Municipal Responsibility Agreement requirements proved to be major policy constraints
- Reviewed property history, historical land use approvals, Official Plan and County of Hastings Housing and Homelessness Plan to successfully resolve built form and servicing policy constraints
- Delegate presentation to Council to request to enter into negotiations for Municipal Responsibility a Housing and Homelessness Plan Agreement for on-site services
- Attended and presented at public meeting and addressed technical review comments
