Planner for a 6 lot residential subdivision on the former Bay of Quinte Golf Club House lands on the Bay of Quinte. The plan features 6 lots along the south side of Highway 2 with an easement that runs along the western property line. Reciprocal easements are shared between every two lots for driveway accessibility.
