- Project Planner in support of a Site Plan Control Application for Block 61 of the East Village subdivision in the Town of Cobourg.
- Belle Station is a 5-storey apartment building project consisting of 102 dwelling units.
- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with architects and engineers, RFA provided general guidance through the application process.
- RFA Planning prepared an Urban Landscape and Sustainable Design Report in support of the Site Plan Control Application.
