- Planner for the Brighton Gateway project developed by Mistral Developments at the western edge of the Brighton Urban Area on Main Street.
- RFA Planning was previously the Planner for the Brighton Retirement Living project immediately to the east of the site.
- The Gateway includes a mixed use building with at-grade commercial units; and 41 seniors’ rental apartments that will have access to Brighton Retirement Living services, creating one campus of care.
- Filed the rezoning application, Planning Justification Report; Zoning By-law Amendment, and an Urban Design Review.
- Attended and presented at the statutory public meeting and addressed complex issues raised by planning staff.
