Planner for the Brighton Gateway project developed by Mistral Developments at the western edge of the Brighton Urban Area on Main Street.
RFA Planning was previously the Planner for the Brighton Retirement Living project immediately to the east of the site.
The Gateway includes a mixed use building with at-grade commercial units; and 41 seniors’ rental apartments that will have access to Brighton Retirement Living services, creating one campus of care.
Filed the rezoning application, Planning Justification Report; Zoning By-law Amendment, and an Urban Design Review.
Attended and presented at the statutory public meeting and addressed complex issues raised by planning staff.
