Planner for mixed-use residential 110 unit subdivision comprised of singles, semis and four-plex quad condominium development. Total site is 15.04 hectares with significant parkland dedication to municipality for extension of the Butler Creek Trail.
To achieve the proposed development, a Rezoning and Plan of Subdivision approval were required. RFA prepared the Site Plan and Draft Plan, responsible for overall planning approvals and coordination with agency approval authorities. Addressed concerns from the local community including density, traffic and parking.
