- Prepared the redevelopment plan for historic Corby Distillery lands.
- Residential development within Corbyville Village will total 1092 units. This includes a mix of single-detached, semi-detached; bungalow and 2-storey townhomes; 4-plex units; 3-storey 12-plex buildings in various styles; and 3-storey apartments in purpose-built or mixed-use buildings.
- The proposed Corbyville Village density is 21 units/ha, excluding the 17 hectares of land allocated for wetland protection and open space. The residential density has been arranged in groupings ranging from low-density at the northern limit to the higher-order medium-density blocks at the southern limits surrounding, and within, the Village Centre.
- The entire community is surrounded by a perimeter green space in the form of a continuous Village Trail that includes the wetlands and hedgerows adjacent to existing development, the Moira River and the Hastings Trail.
