Curtis Street Subdivision

  • Location: Prince Edward County
  • Client: Cleave Management and Investment Services Ltd.
  • Date: 2014 - 2017
  • Planner for a 58 lot subdivision including 30 freehold townhouse units and 28 single-detached units in Picton.
  • Applications for Rezoning and draft plan approval of a Plan of Subdivision were filed concurrently with the County of Prince Edward Planning Services Division. RFA prepared the applications and drawings required. The submission included a proposed redesigned intersection to improve alignment and provided linkages to existing and proposed road network
  • Prepared the Zoning By-law document for Prince Edward County staff and drawing for the Plan of Subdivision approval. Assisted with clearing of draft plan conditions.
