Planner and project Manager for a 302 unit mixed-use residential and commercial condominium development in the Belleville City Centre. Proposal included 3 thirteen-storey mixed-use condominium buildings overlooking the Belleville Harbour, a multi-purpose trail and public plaza, and a marina. The proposed mixed-use buildings, marina, multi-purpose trail and public plaza will foster conditions for a connected, animated and publically accessible waterfront development.
Co-ordinated the work of the consultant team throughout the planning approvals process – the project required Rezoning and Plan of Subdivision/ Common Element Condominium approvals, in addition to seven technical studies in support of the project. Assisted throughout the clearing of conditions and final regiatration and site plan approval stage when the property was sold.
