• Planner for a 21-unit townhouse condominium development in Campbellford. Proposal included 4 townhouse condominium blocks off of First Street, with a common element of a private road and visitor parking.
• Co-ordinated the work of the consultant team through the planning approvals process – the project required Site Plan approvals, in addition to two technical reports and various detailed drawings in support of the project.
• Through public meetings, RFA worked with the consultant team to address the public’s concerns to bring the project to fruition.
