Former Wellington Arena (Duke Dome)

Planner for a 36-unit 4-storey apartment building and 4 2-storey townhouse unit redevelopment project of the former Wellington Arena.
RFA prepared a Planning Report, development applications, coordinated with the consultant team, and attended municipal review meetings.
A Rezoning and Site Plan approval is required to support the redevelopment project.
Through public meetings, concerns of sufficient open space, demolition of the existing building were voiced. RFA worked with the consultant team to address the public's concerns.
