- Responsible for land use planning approvals for the redevelopment of a former Brownfield site on the Belleville waterfront
- Prepared site plan layouts, draft plan of subdivision and common element condominium plan for 36 townhouse and 8 semi-detached units, and all related City approval documents
- 13 units also approved on lands to the east
- Minor Variance approvals also received related to building setbacks, lot coverage and height.
