Planner for a 26-unit residential subdivision over 4.94 hectares of land in Trent Hills. Subdivision proposed a mix of housing forms including ten single-detached dwellings, four semi-detached dwellings, and twelve freehold townhouse units in three blocks
A Planning Report and various technical reports were prepared in support of the proposed development. RFA coordinated work with the consultant team and attended municipal review meetings. A Rezoning and Plan of Subdivision approval was required to support the development.
