- Prepared Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control applications; Planning Justification Report; and Urban Design Report
- Reviewed report and drawings by consultant team to ensure the Pre-Consultation Checklist & Comments are adequately addressed and to ensure a co-ordinated application
- Access from Princess Street and Woodbine Avenue and adequate on-site parking proved to be major technical constraints
- Led extensive consultation with Kingston staff and assisted with the preparation of Site Plan to successfully resolve access issue
- Assisted with preparation of Parking Justification Study in order to successfully resolve reduced parking requirements – led the creation of mixed-use sharedparking spaces
- Liaised with staff to prepare flexible site-specific zone provisions
