- Planner for a residential development consisting of 23 residential lot subdivision with an internal condominium road and landscaped area in the Town of Cobourg. There are municipal conservation areas consisting of Nickerson Woods and the Midtown Creek corridor to the north of the subdivision.
- Prepared municipal applications and the Planning Report for approval of Official Plan Amendment, Rezoning, Plan of Subdivision, and Common Element Condominium. Responsible for overall planning approvals and coordination with agency approval authorities. Development faced concerns from surrounding residents, which were satisfactory resolved.
