- Prepared Planning Justification Report and assisted in preparation of Site Plan
- Reviewed old and new Official Plans to successfully resolve policy issues and application structure
- Existing surrounding uses, including employment, and potential future development provedto be a major constraint regarding land use compatibility
- Reviewed City of Peterborough draft Nodes, Corridors & Downtown Urban Design and other design guidelines and resolved maximum building height issue
- Assisted with preparation of Noise and Vibration Impact Study, which analyzed provincial D-Series Guidelines and NPC-300 Guidelines to successfully resolve other land use compatibility
