- Coordinated the work of the consultant team and oversaw all design aspects of the project.

- For Pebble Beach East and West, prepared the site plan drawings; Planning Justification Report; Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments, coordinated all public consultation, responses to peer reviews, and on-going design work related to municipal site plan approval.
- For Pebble Beach East, attended the Ontario Land Tribunal Hearing and successfully resolved the appeal to the planning instruments.
