- Assisted with finalizing Draft Plan of Subdivision to add new road
- Red-line Draft Plan revision and creation of “flex-zone” to accommodate multiple dwelling types and provisions in one zone for the purpose of mitigating potential future planning applications during the build out of the subdivision successfully resolved planning policy issue
