Settlers Ridge East

Planner for the Settlers Ridge East subdivision project.
The subdivision will be developed for 109 housing units and will link the Settlers Ridge community to Highway 62.
A mix of housing, including singles and freehold townhouses, as well as a parkette are featured within this 5.8-hectare site.
RFA prepared a Draft Plan of Subdivision, Site Plan and Rezoning drawings and applications, together with a Planning Justification Report.
RFA also presented at a Belleville Planning Public Meeting, where the applications were approved.
