- Project Planner in support of Rezoning to expand the heritage property at 347 Main Street, Picton.
- This project consists of a 3-storey addition to a historic building, with 20 hotel rooms.
- Reconfigured the on-site parking and worked on design with architects. Prepared the Rezoning and Planning Justification Report.
- Conducted neighbourhood meeting. Presented before the PEC Planning Committee.
- Coordinated Site Plan application following rezoning approval.
