This project consists of a 3-storey addition to a historic building, with 20 hotel rooms. Reconfigured the on-site parking and worked on design with architects. Prepared the Rezoning and Planning Justification Report. Conducted neighbourhood meeting. Presented before the PEC Planning Committee. Coordinated Site Plan application following rezoning approval.
