- This project is the redevelopment of a former tourist site for 20 guest villas & amenities, and a bike café.
- Undertook pre-consultation; Prepared the Planning Justification Report, MDS analysis and all planning drawings.
- Filed application for Rezoning; Coordinated submission to municipality. Led local public information meeting and responses to peer reviews. Filed second submission.
