The subdivision is to be developed for 93 housing units with an overall density of 44 units/net hectare.
A wide range of housing typologies will be constructed - including freehold townhouses, back-to-back townhouses, low-rise multi-unit dwellings, two-unit semi-detached dwellings with ADUs, and a 3-storey mixed-use building.
